Only

Success was never an option, only a choice for the child.  The dilemma of which direction to proceed at the fork in the road was only in the teens brain.  Proceeding down the path less traveled never was a decision for the young adult to make, only an opportunity.  Sustaining meaningful relationships with charismatic and influential humans was only an alternative.  The choice to remain situated in the same atmosphere that made the man itch and crawl was only one decision.  His preference in the selection of where to go after the 'only', became the best choice, the only direction, the golden opportunity, the final alternative, and the greatest decision that the boy had to make as he became man.
